Naming individual markets and their ratings is the same distribution the CSV was withdrawn for — 47 of the 55 ZIPs this table used to show were ones the site itself was declining to rate. Where the warning signs are gathering
Metros still rated HOLD in most of their ZIP codes — but whose signals are moving toward the danger lines fastest. Score is the median approach-velocity across the metro's scored ZIPs; months-to-line is how long until the nearest signal crosses at the current 3-month pace. Computed from time to sell, price trend history (the remaining signals join as their history accumulates).

Methodology, briefly
A ZIP is scored when at least two of its market signals are known; the Warning-Sign Index is the share of scored ZIPs whose reading is WATCH or ACT. This index is computed on a frozen four-signal basis (months of supply >4, prices falling >2% y/y, time-to-sell up >40%, inventory up >50%) so the series stays comparable month to month; the site's current per-ZIP readings use three signals over active-listing data with recalibrated lines, backtested against FHFA outcomes.
