What we collect
- Nothing, for free ZIP checks. Checking a ZIP code requires no account and sends us no personal information.
- If you sign up for monitoring, a report, or the waitlist: your email address, ZIP code, and (optionally) your property address.
- If you purchase: payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Stripe shares with us your email and the address you provide at checkout.
How we use it
To deliver the service you asked for: market-change alerts, your property reports, and account communication. That's it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't send third-party marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase — database hosting for signups
- Resend — sends our alert and service emails
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe's privacy policy)
- GitHub Pages — website hosting (standard server logs)
If you ask to speak with a local real-estate partner, you contact them directly — we don't hand them your information behind the scenes.
Cookies & tracking
We use no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The site is static; it fetches market data files and nothing about you.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from alerts anytime via the link in any email or by writing to us.
- Ask us to delete your data entirely: email naomi@shouldisellyet.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
