Refunds & Cancellation

Short version: cancel anytime with one email. Payments already made are not refunded — your service simply runs through the period you've paid for.
One-time reports ($5.99)
EquityWatch reports are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. All sales are final — once a report is generated and delivered, it is not refundable.
Monitoring subscriptions ($5.99/month)
- Cancel anytime. Email naomi@shouldisellyet.com with "Cancel" — we'll confirm within 1 business day — or use the manage-subscription link in any billing email from Stripe.
- Cancellation stops all future charges. Your monitoring stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- Payments already made — including the month in progress — are not refunded or prorated.
Billing errors
The one exception: if you're ever charged in error (a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), tell us and we'll correct it promptly through Stripe.
